Hi, I'm Megan, though most people call me Meg!
For nearly a decade, I've worked in service, hospitality, and event management, discovering along the way that my favorite part of any gathering is creating an experience where people feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and free to celebrate.
Dandelion Grove Events & Hospitality is the realization of a dream that has been growing for years!
What began as planning events for friends and family quickly grew into something much bigger. Over the years, I've had the privilege of coordinating everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events, and each one has reinforced my belief that thoughtful organization and genuine hospitality are the foundation of any meaningful celebration. I hold the belief that events tell a story, bring people together, and create memories that last long after the day is over. My role is to help bring your vision to life while providing a calm, organized presence every step of the way!
With a background in Entrepreneurship and Management (MBA), my desire for Dandelion Grove is to be a beacon of light and love in the event service industry through hospitality, serving others with excellence, and reflecting the love of Christ in every interaction.
When I am not on calls with clients or on site for an event, you can find me at a specialty coffee shop sipping on a pour over and reading a book (or secretly working on your wedding binder ;))!

Hailey Minneman
Lead Coordinator
Hailey is the one who makes the magic happen!
If there’s a vision to bring to life, Hailey is already rolling up her sleeves.
With five years of experience in the wedding and hospitality industry, Hailey has a gift for serving people with both excellence and joy. She is often the first person to jump in wherever she’s needed! Whether she’s bustling a dress, hauling décor, solving last-minute problems, or making sure your silverware is lined up correctly, she is doing it with joy in her heart and love for your event!
What I love most about working alongside Hailey is her heart. She serves wholeheartedly, loves people genuinely, and approaches every event with a level of care that can't be taught. She understands that hospitality is about more than logistics. Her steady presence, willingness to work hard, and joyful attitude make her an incredible event coordinator.
When she isn't coordinating, Hailey is spending time with her husband of nearly two years, Grayson, and their cat, Luna! She loves Jesus, spending time with her friends, and taking care of her plant family (and yes they have names ;))!

Karys carries the confidence that every vendor team desires in a leader!
She is always thinking three steps ahead, making her an incredible presence of peace for our clients.
As a graduate of Communications and Marketing and current master's student in Communication Management, Karys brings both strong organizational skills and a thoughtful understanding of people to every event.
She has a gift for noticing the meaningful details that make a celebration feel personal and unforgettable.
What I love most about seeing Karys work is her steadfastness.
She genuinely cares about each event set before her and carries an unwavering confidence that encourages us all! She works faithfully behind the scenes to ensure that the vision we’ve been given to execute is done with
grace and excellence. Whether she's coordinating vendors, carrying the train of a dress, or finding a
missing item in the bridal suite she approaches every task with the joy of the Lord.
When she isn’t coordinating, you can find Karys spending time with her friends, sipping on tea with a good movie, or running to the nearest Andy’s for a late night treat! Just don't challenge her to a talent show…

The beauty of a Coordinator is that it allows all of your bridesmaids, mothers, and aunts to be fully present to celebrate you. Dandelion Grove coordinators are dedicated to doing the work to bring your visions to life and facilitate all of the needs for your event, so that you can cherish each moment with the most important people surrounding you. Moral of the story is, your mom should not be putting in the work on your wedding day!

Yes! The Lead Coordinator will always be accompanied by an assistant for your event needs.

We are primarily based in Austin and DFW, but we are always open to travel! Please inquire directly for more details!

Please do! It is a good idea to include any vendors that will be present for your reception (i.e. photographer, videographer, DJ, coordinators, etc.).

After your initial consultation, the contract process will begin. Upon signing the contract, the initial deposit will be due in order to secure your event date in Dandelion Grove’s calendar!
